Educators, in partnership with Pencoed Primary School, is seeking a Relief Supervisory Assistant to support lunchtime supervision from 12:00 to 13:00, term time only.

The role involves supervising children, encouraging safe play and good behaviour. Training will be provided to the successful candidate.

An Enhanced DBS check is required for this post, and protecting children is a core responsibility for all school staff.

Relief Supervisory Assistant - Pencoed Primary

Salary: £13.45 per hour

Pencoed Primary School is seeking to appoint a Supervisory Assistant to work during the lunchtime period, between 12:00 and 13:00, as and when required, term time only.

Working as part of a team, the successful candidate will be required to undertake the supervision of the children in all areas of the school, and also supervising and actively engaging pupils in playground games.

Experience of working with children, and the ability to encourage good behaviour and play amongst pupils would be an advantage, but not essential as training will be provided.

Protecting children, young people or adults at risk is a core responsibility of all council employees.

An Enhanced with Childrens Barred list criminal records check by the Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) is a requirement for this post.
