ICTS (UK) Ltd. is seeking a Relief Security Officer for a prestigious corporate site in Central London. The role offers flexible relief shifts to cover holidays, sickness, and operational needs, with a 12-hour shift pattern.

You will oversee security presence, access control, and patrols while handling incidents, incident reports, and customer inquiries. The role requires a valid SIA licence, excellent communication, and reliability under pressure.

Qualifications

• SIA Licence (Door Supervision or Security Guarding essential).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Professional, calm, and confident under pressure.
• Flexible and reliable with availability for short-notice shifts.
• Good IT and report-writing skills.
• Five-year checkable work history and ability to pass vetting.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of security presence across the site.
• Manage access control for employees, visitors, and contractors.
• Conduct internal patrols.
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, and customer queries.
• Maintain accurate incident reports and records.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety procedures.
