Job summary

ICTS Europe in Central London is seeking a Relief Security Officer to provide security presence across a prestigious corporate site. The role requires flexibility to cover variable shifts, including days and nights, and to support holiday and sickness cover.

You will manage access control, conduct patrols, respond to incidents, and keep accurate incident reports. A valid SIA licence, strong communication, and reliable vetting history are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid SIA Licence (Door Supervision or Security Guarding essential).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Professional, calm, and confident under pressure.
• Flexible and reliable with availability for short-notice shifts.
• Good IT and report-writing skills.
• Five-year checkable work history and ability to pass vetting.
• Desirable CCTV Licence (PSS) and First Aid qualification.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of security presence across the site.
• Manage access control for employees, visitors, and contractors.
• Conduct internal patrols.
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, and customer queries.
• Maintain accurate incident reports and records.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety procedures.
