Job summary

Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services is seeking 2 relief security officers to cover Ayrshire and surrounding areas. You will protect our customer’s property, people and assets by working in accordance with published Assignment Instructions and any updates, delivering results aligned with KPIs and service levels.

The role requires front-line licences (Security Guarding or Door Supervision) and a CCTV PSS SIA Licence. A car licence and reliable transport are essential.

Qualifications

• Front-line licences required (Security Guarding or Door Supervision)
• CCTV PSS SIA Licence required
• Car licence and access to own transport essential

Responsibilities

• Be aware of and ensure compliance with all policies and legal requirements on site
• Fully complete tasks on site as defined in published Assignment Instructions
• Review AI changes to improve service and adapt accordingly
• Maintain discipline and professional conduct in challenging situations
• Complete accurate incident notebooks and assist with incident reports
• Maintain schedules and ensure check calls within Assignment Instructions
