Job description

Join to apply for the Relief Security Officer role at Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services.

Responsibilities include:

1. Completing all required competency training satisfactorily.
2. Undertaking additional training for continuous self-development as directed by the Security Operations Manager.
3. Using technology to achieve work objectives and developing job knowledge through ongoing professional development.
4. Renewing your license 16 weeks before expiry.
5. Ensuring compliance with policies, legal, and regulatory requirements as directed by the Security Account Manager and in accordance with UK law.
6. Completing all site tasks and duties as defined in the Assignment Instructions (AI's).
7. Reviewing and familiarising oneself with any changes in the AI's to suggest improvements.
8. Obtaining and wearing a front-line license in Security Guarding or Door Supervision at all times during duties.
9. Complying with legal obligations and safety requirements.
10. Following instructions and procedures without unnecessary challenges.
11. Working systematically and orderly.
12. Protecting property, people, and assets by providing security services according to AI's and any updates.
13. Meeting or exceeding KPIs and SLA targets to help retain the contract.

Additional details:

• Part-time, 8 hours per week.
• Pay Rate: £12.60/hour.
• Location: Wokingham.
• Working days, nights, and weekends.
