As a Relief Security Officer at Sodexo supporting the Diageo contract , you’ll be a dependable and calm presence across various locations, helping to keep people and sites safe. This mobile role is ideal if you’re adaptable and ready to step into different environments while delivering a consistent and professional security service.

What you’ll do:
• Provide security cover at multiple Diageo sites, adapting quickly to new environments and team dynamics
• Respond to incidents professionally and effectively, ensuring safety for all on site
• Monitor site access, conduct regular patrols and write accurate incident reports
• Ensure compliance with site-specific procedures and legal security standards
• Work flexibly to support planned and short-notice shift cover across various days and times

What you bring:
• A valid SIA Security Guard Licence and First Aid certification
• A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites
• Confident communicator who can stay calm under pressure
• Flexibility to work different shift patterns including weekends
• Basic PC skills and ability to learn site systems
