Job Description

• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Prevent unauthorized access to non-public areas.
• Conduct security patrols and perform locking/unlocking duties.
• Assist employees and visitors with concerns.
• Manage equipment per procedures.
• Support and safeguard the premises, ensuring proper accreditation and clear walkways.
• Respond to alarms, investigate incidents, and report suspicious activities.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and escalate emergencies.
