Job summary

Argenbright Security Europe Limited (trading as ASEL) in Grimsby is seeking a Relief Retail Security Officer to deter crime and safeguard store customers and staff. You’ll patrol, respond to incidents, complete reports and work with local authorities, while maintaining a visible security presence on site.

The role is relief-based with varied hours and an hourly rate of £13.20–£15.00, with full training provided and a requirement for a valid SIA licence, a five-year checkable history, and

Qualifications

• You must hold a valid SIA licence.
• Retail security experience is advantageous but training will be provided.
• You must provide a full five-year checkable work or education history.
• Applicants must bring right to work documents and a recent proof of address to the interview.

Responsibilities

• Patrol the shop floor, deter criminal activity and maintain a visible security presence.
• Respond to incidents, complete incident reports and liaise with local authorities.
• Carry out guarding duties in-store and conduct colleague/contractor searches when required.
