Pay rate: £13.65

Shifts: Various shifts in Retail stores and Logistic centres, including weekdays, nights, weekends, and bank holidays (to be discussed at interview)

Job Overview

Mitie is seeking a Retail Security Officer capable of delivering exceptional customer service and creating a safe shopping environment, free from crime for customers and colleagues.

It is preferable to hold a current SIA licence or SIA Certificates.

Vetting

A full 5-year checkable employment/education history is essential; failure to provide this may result in withdrawal of offer or termination of employment.

Main Duties

• Deliver industry-leading customer service
• Deter violence and public order offences
• Conduct patrols of the store
• Utilise CCTV systems to support crime reduction and stock loss prevention
• Liaise with store management teams
• Collaborate with Police and crime partnerships to support crime reduction
• Wear Body Worn CCTV to enhance safety and crime reduction
