Cherry Lodge is seeking a Relief Residential Worker to join our dedicated team. This is a zero-hours contract with an hourly rate of £15.31, providing personal care and support to female residents aged 5–18 with disabilities.

You will advocate for children, maintain records, and help with administration to ensure good standards of care. Applicants should be child-centered, able to communicate effectively with children, families and professionals, and committed to completing relevant training

Qualifikationen

• Experience in child care or related field.
• Understanding of child development and physical and emotional needs.
• Ability to communicate with children, families and professionals in writing and speaking.
• Willingness to undertake relevant training including National Diploma 3.
• Experience writing reports and observations.

Aufgaben

• Provide personal care and support to female residents.
• Act as advocate to ensure appropriate levels and standards of care.
• Maintain records and assist with routine administration.
• Establish constructive relationships and role model appropriate behaviour.
• Attend training and participate in development activities.
