Avante Care & Support is seeking a Registered General Nurse (Relief) for Barnes Lodge in Tonbridge, Kent. You will deliver high-quality nursing care, support HCAs, and ensure personalised, dignified support for residents.

Qualifications

• Must be an NMC pin holder with RN registration.
• Experience in nursing care and dementia care is preferred.
• Ability to lead and guide healthcare assistants.
• Flexible day or night shifts are available.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on, high-quality nursing care and clinical interventions
• Support and guide Health Care Assistants in delivering excellent care
• Ensure every resident receives truly personalised, dignified support
• Lead by example, helping to create a warm, homely, and supportive environment
• Work closely with the Nurse Manager and Registered Home Manager to maintain outstanding standards
• Champion our Eden Alternative Philosophy of Care in everyday practice
