Avante Care & Support in Tonbridge, Kent invites a Registered General Nurse to join our relief pool (day or night). If you’re an experienced NMC pin holder who thrives on delivering exceptional care and leading others, this is your chance to make an impact.

You will deliver hands-on nursing care, lead Health Care Assistants, ensure personalised, dignified support, and work with the Nurse Manager to uphold high standards.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active NMC PIN and be a qualified Nurse.
• Experience in elder care or dementia care preferred.
• Ability to lead and support Health Care Assistants.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on nursing care and clinical interventions
• Support and guide Health Care Assistants in delivering care
• Ensure residents receive personalised, dignified support
• Lead by example in a warm, homely environment
• Collaborate with Nurse Manager and Registered Home Manager to maintain standards
• Champion Eden Alternative Philosophy of Care in daily practice
