We need highly motivated Relief Recovery Support Workers who are looking for a new and exciting opportunity to work with individuals with mental health needs in Leicester and Leicestershire.

Responsibilities include:

• Delivering individualised support in supported living settings across 7 services with over 100 service users.
• Being attentive, responsive, and respectful to individual needs and preferences.
• Promoting active involvement, community links, confidence, and independence.
• Working creatively and empathetically with a solution-focused approach.

We support individuals in areas including Saffron Lane, Wigston, Hinckley, Loughborough, and other community-based locations.

Applicants from graduates, those with life skills, or social care experience are encouraged to apply. An understanding of the recovery model is desirable but not essential.

Essential experience includes providing care, support, or related services to people with support needs. The role offers weekly pay.

A UK Driving License is preferred but not essential.
