Job summary

Well Pharmacy is seeking a Relief Pharmacy Assistant to provide reliable customer service and support across multiple community pharmacies. You will assist pharmacists and store teams in efficient pharmacy processes and patient care.

The role requires covering absences across surrounding Well Pharmacies, ensuring safe dispensing and a helpful, informative customer experience. NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or an equivalent qualification is essential.

Qualifications

• NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Ability to cover absences and holidays across multiple Well Pharmacies.

Main Responsibilities

Working alongside our knowledgeable Pharmacists and store teams, you will be instrumental in the efficient delivery of pharmacy processes to ensure our customers are really taken care of. This role maintains a high level of competence to ensure the safe dispensing of medication to customers as well as being the experts that our customers can rely on.

The Ideal Candidate

As a Relief Pharmacy Assistant, you will beresponsible for covering absence and holidays in surrounding Well Pharmacies. You will be working within multiple teams across a number of Community Pharmacies as this role provides crucial support and ensures we provide the best patient and customer service.

In order to be considered for the ReliefPharmacy Assistant role itis essential that you already have a NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services orequivalent qualification.
