Qualifications

• Registered with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience leading patient and customer care within a pharmacy setting.

• Collaborative, team-first mindset with willingness to coach others.

Responsibilities

• Deliver NHS and private services using in-store and digital tools.
• Lead patient safety and pharmacy compliance standards.
• Monitor and improve standards of care and safety.
• Work with Store Manager to develop the healthcare team.
• Support colleagues through coaching and mentoring.
• Represent Boots in local community and with healthcare professionals.
