Job summary

Boots is seeking a registered pharmacist to join our community-focused teams. You’ll use clinical expertise daily, delivering NHS, locally commissioned and private services with in-store and digital tools.

Working alongside a supportive team, you’ll uphold patient safety and pharmacy compliance, mentor colleagues, and engage with local healthcare professionals. This full-time role offers opportunities to develop across Boots’ clinical services and leadership paths.

Qualifications

• Registered with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience leading patient and customer care within a pharmacy setting.
• Passion for delivering essential, advanced and private services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver NHS, locally commissioned and private services using in-store and digital tools.
• Lead professional and legal standards for patient safety and pharmacy compliance.
• Monitor and continually improve standards of care and safety.
• Work with the Store Manager to develop the capability of the wider healthcare team.
• Grow talent reflecting the communities served; coach and mentor colleagues.
• Represent Boots within the local community and with healthcare professionals.
