Job summary

Boots is seeking a pharmacist to join our team and deliver NHS, locally commissioned, and private services using in-store and digital tools. You will lead patient safety standards, monitor care quality, and collaborate with the Store Manager to grow the healthcare team.

You'll mentor colleagues, support community outreach, and represent Boots with healthcare professionals. A strong regulatory background and passion for high‑quality patient care are essential.

Qualifications

• Registered with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience leading patient and customer care within a pharmacy setting.
• Passion for delivering essential, advanced, and private services.
• A collaborative, team-first mindset with the ability to coach others.

Responsibilities

• Deliver NHS, locally commissioned, and private services using in-store and digital tools.
• Lead professional and legal standards for patient safety and pharmacy compliance.
• Monitor, evaluate, and continually improve standards of care and safety.
• Work with the Store Manager to develop the capability of the wider healthcare team.
• Grow talent reflecting the communities served; coach and mentor colleagues.
• Represent Boots within the local community and with healthcare professionals.
