Job summary

Day Lewis Pharmacy is seeking a Relief Pharmacist to join our family-run business. This role involves travelling between our branches to provide consistent, high quality patient care and professional support to pharmacy teams.

You will take clinical responsibility for dispensing, patient safety, and building strong relationships with GPs and communities. GPhC registration and driving licence are required or desirable.

Important requirement

As this is a Relief Pharmacist position involving travel between our pharmacies, access to a car and a valid UK driving licence is desirable.

You will also need to hold valid GPhC registration, and the successful candidate will be subject to a DBS check.

About the role

As a Relief Pharmacist, you will take professional responsibility for the pharmacies you support, ensuring the safe and effective delivery of pharmacy services and an excellent experience for every patient.

You will provide strong clinical leadership and work closely with pharmacy colleagues, GP surgeries and other healthcare professionals to build positive, lasting relationships within the communities we serve.

Your key responsibilities will include:

You will need:

• Valid GPhC registration
• A valid UK driving licence and access to a car is desirable
• A strong commitment to patient safety and outstanding customer care
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• The confidence to lead and support pharmacy teams
• The flexibility and adaptability required to work across different pharmacies
