Job summary

Well Pharmacy is seeking a Relief Pharmacist to provide professional and clinical leadership across multiple pharmacies, ensuring the safe, effective and compliant delivery of pharmacy services. You will play a key role in supporting pharmacy teams to deliver excellent patient care and strong commercial performance.

Hold an MPharm degree, be registered with the GPhC by your start date, and be flexible to work across different locations. A UK driving licence is required for travel between sites.

As a Relief Pharmacist, you will provide professional and clinical leadership across multiple pharmacies, ensuring the safe, effective and compliant delivery of pharmacy services. You will play a key role in supporting pharmacy teams to deliver excellent patient care and strong commercial performance.

To be successful in this role, you will:

You'll be supported in your role by an Area Operations Manager and a Regional Operations Manager, with regular structured pharmacy visits We have invested in new technologies for our pharmacies including a new PMR system and centralised dispensing to allow you to focus on providing quality care and services to our customers.
