ASEL in Derby is seeking a Retail Security Officer to deter crime, monitor premises, and respond to incidents. You will carry out guarding duties in-store, manage access control, and report issues using digital tools. You must hold a valid SIA licence (Guarding or Door Supervisor) and be able to provide a 5-year checkable history.
Full training is provided; prior retail security experience is an advantage. The role offers varied hours with an hourly rate of £12.71, with opportunities for

As a Retail Security Officer, you will be required to provide a visible deterrence, respond to incidents, complete incident reports and collaborate with the local authorities. You must have a valid SIA licence to apply for this role. Previous experience of working in a Retail Security Role is an advantage but not essential as full training will be given. You must have a current SIA Guarding or SIA Door Supervisor licence to apply for this role. Applicants must be able to provide a full 5-year checkable work or back to school history.
