• Experience working with children, qualified or unqualified.
• Knowledge of SEND/ASL needs is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every child's needs are met, including support for parents with SEND needs.
• Take ownership of assessments and planning in line with EYFS.
• Encourage and praise children's development.

What to expect as a Relief Nursery Practitioner

• Ensure every child's needs are met, including supporting parents with SEND/ASL needs.
• Take ownership of observations, assessments, and planning for your key children in line with EYFS, providing developmentally challenging next steps.
• Encourage and praise children’s development and achievements.
