Job summary

Busy Bees Day Nursery in Headingley seeks a Flexible / Relief Nursery Practitioner to help provide children with the best start in life. The ideal candidate will ensure all individual needs are met, support developmental assessments, and create a fun, engaging environment for children. This role offers starting pay of £11.53 per hour with further benefits including 28 days holiday, a birthday day off, and various health and wellbeing programs.

What to expect as a Relief Nursery Practitioner

• Ensure every individual child’s needs are met, including supporting parents with any SEND/ASL needs.
• Take ownership of observations, assessments, and planning for your key children in line with EYFS, providing developmentally challenging next steps.
• Encourage and praise children’s development and achievements.
