Job summary

Dardan Security Ltd is seeking a dedicated Relief Mobile Response Officer to join the Mobile Security team based in Norwich and Great Yarmouth. You will support clients by performing patrols, responding to calls, and ensuring premises are secure.

Role involves report writing, alarm activations, and site access control. Requires an SIA licence, full UK driving licence, and reliable, customer-focused service. Full training provided and shifts include days, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Valid SIA Licence.
• Full UK Manual Driving Licence (required).
• Right to work in the UK and a five-year checkable history.
• Punctual and reliable.
• Passionate about creating an excellent customer experience.
• Knowledge of MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Highly presentable in line with corporate brand.

Responsibilities

• Report writing and gathering intelligence data.
• Attending call-outs and identifying key issues.
• Locking and unlocking of premises.
• Alarm activations and ad hoc tasks.
• Conduct full patrols of the local areas on your assigned beat.

The Opportunity

Your duties include (but are not limited to):

Full in-house training will be provided.

Essential Skills and Experience
