Job summary

Capability Scotland is seeking a Relief/Bank Assistant Maintenance Officer in Perth. The role involves supporting residents, staff and the Facilities Manager to maintain a safe and comfortable environment across the Capability Scotland Estate.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with a willingness to support disabled residents.
• Experience in building services or engineering, including basic electrical, plumbing and joinery.
• Understanding of fire safety, health & safety, chemical handling and equipment care.

• Support residents and staff to maintain a safe, comfortable environment.
• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across buildings, services and grounds.
• Assist with driving duties and support customers outside the service when needed.
