AA Euro Healthcare in Leicester is seeking agency relief Support Workers to join our established client base. You will deliver personal care, medication administration, and daily living support in line with care plans.

Ideal candidates have NVQ 2 in Health & Social Care or Care certificate, and up-to-date Medicines Administration and Safety Intervention training, with ability to work with individuals with disabilities. Agency position, various shifts.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or Care certificate required.
• Experience of working with adults with physical and intellectual disability.
• Medicines Administration and Safety Intervention trainings up to date.

Responsabilités

• Provide personal care and assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Administer medication according to prescribed schedules.
• Assist with mobility and transfers, including heavy lifting when necessary.
• Monitor and report changes in clients' health or behavior.
• Implement behavior management techniques as needed.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.

We are seeking agency relief Support Workers for our well established clients based in Leicester. The suitable candidate will be working for us on behalf of one of the UK's biggest social care charities.

Requirements for this role to include:

• Minimum Requirement of NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or Care certificate
• One years' experience of working with adults with physical & intellectual disability.
• Up to date Medicines Administration training
• Up to date Safety Intervention training
• Ability to work as part of a Team or Independently
