Busy Bees is seeking a Level 2 Qualified Early Years Assistant at our Wantage nursery. You will support children's development through play-based activities, helping to deliver the Bee Curious curriculum in a nurturing environment.

Ideal candidates have Level 2 EYE, experience with under‑5s, and strong communication and organisational skills to engage families and work within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Level 2 qualification in early years education is required.
• Experience with children under 5 is preferred.
• Strong communication and organisational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and delivering educational activities for children.
• Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
• Take on the role of Key Person and build partnerships with families.
• Track and report on children's progress through observations.
