Qualifications

• Level 2 Early Years qualification required.
• Experience working with children under 5.
• Demonstrates empathy and understanding of individual children.
• Strong communication and organisational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and delivering educational activities.
• Create a safe, stimulating, inclusive learning environment.
• Take on the Key Person role, building partnerships with families.
• Track and report on children's progress through observations.
