Busy Bees Thames Ditton is seeking a Level 2 Qualified Early Years Assistant to support children’s development through play-based learning in a nurturing setting. You’ll contribute to activities and help track development, taking care to create a safe, inclusive space for early learners.

The ideal candidate holds a Level 2 qualification, has experience with under-5s, and demonstrates empathy and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Level 2 qualification in early years education.
• Experience working with children under 5.
• Empathy and understanding – each child is unique.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children’s development.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
• Take on the role of Key Person, fostering strong partnerships with children and their families.
• Track and report on children’s progress through observations and assessments.
