The role emphasises planning activities, fostering inclusion, and maintaining strong partnerships with families while delivering high-quality early years education at Busy Bees Nottingham City Hospital.

Formación

• Level 2 qualification in early years education.
• Experience working with children under 5 preferred.
• Empathy and understanding for each child.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in planning and delivering educational activities.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
• Take on the role of Key Person and build partnerships with families.
• Track and report children’s progress through observations and assessments.
