• Literacy and numeracy sufficient for delivery and collection paperwork and reading written instructions
• Full valid UK driving licence with no more than 3 penalty points for a minor motoring offence
• At least 3 years' UK driving experience
• Experience in a customer-based organisation

Responsibilities

• Drive relief cover moving time-critical pharmacy products, internal mail and equipment to support clinical activity
• Drive various vehicle types, including cars and light commercial vehicles up to 3,500 kg gross vehicle weight
• Read addresses and sort internal mail
• Load and unload the vehicle and secure the load by hand
• Work excess hours above contracted hours, up to 37.5 a week, as the service requires
