Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a Supplies & Procurement role within the Receipt & Distribution facility at St James's Hospital. You will receive, organise and Redistribute medical supplies, working with couriers, drivers and the warehouse team.

The post-holder will pick, pack and manage stock, travel between Trust sites when required, and perform manual handling duties. A full UK driving licence is essential; sponsorship applies only to Skilled Worker applicants.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail for accurate picking, packing and stock control
• Basic numeracy and IT skills, including scanners and warehouse systems
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proactive problem-solving and use of initiative

Responsabilités

• Coordinate the timely receipt and organisation of medical supplies
• Redistribute medical supplies across the Trust
• Drive a Luton van to deliver supplies
• Work with couriers and delivery drivers
• Work with the Warehouse Supervisor, Warehouse Manager and Racetrack Logistics & Materials Management teams
• Pick, pack and manage stock accurately
• Travel between Trust sites when required
• Carry out manual handling duties
