Ceredigion County Council is recruiting 7 relief cleaners to undertake cleaning and hygiene tasks across council buildings, with a flexible mix of early mornings and evenings. The Aberystwyth Canolfan Rheidol office is mentioned, and staff will work across locations as required.

Full training will be provided; a DBS check is required for this role, and outstanding Welsh language skills will be supported to reach the required standard within two years of appointment.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning and hygiene practices is advantageous.
• Good communication skills are required.
• Flexibility in terms of location and hours worked is essential.

Responsabilités

• Clean designated areas including toilets and showers.
• Wash, sweep, vacuum, and damp wipe surfaces.
• Empty litter bins and maintain overall cleanliness and hygiene.
• Use powered cleaning equipment where appropriate.
