Responsibilities

• Cooking from our amazing menu using fresh, seasonal ingredients.
• Leading and motivating a full kitchen team
• Ordering and managing stock to maintain efficiency and quality
• Being financially accountable for achieving GP/COGs targets
• Maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene
