Join Gather & Gather as a Relief Chef Manager

Location: Norwich

Rate of Pay: £34,000 - £36,000 per annum

Working Pattern: Predominantly Monday - Friday, 7am to 3pm (40 hours per week), with weekend flexibility required

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing high-quality, delicious food that delights clients and customers
• Overseeing and implementing menu changes
• Identifying opportunities for service improvement
• Acting on customer feedback to enhance food services
• Supporting the creation of new menus and innovative food concepts
• Representing CH&CO and maintaining a positive brand image
• Monitoring inventory levels to ensure well-stocked kitchens
• Managing kitchen cleaning responsibilities to uphold hygiene standards
• Ensuring compliance with Food Handling, Hygiene, and Health & Safety regulations
