Job role: Relief Chef

Location: West London, Uxbridge, Slough

Salary: £42,000 per annum

Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday, 40 hours, weekends off!

Houston & Hawkes have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Relief Chef to join our team working at our client sites across and around London. Due to the nature of the role, you must have a valid driving licence and access to a car.

We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic Relief Chef to be responsible for all aspects of managing the high level of delivery and expectations across every site they work at. Ambitious and commercially aware, with the presence and personality to influence the day-to-day business. Leading by example and setting high standards.

Relief Chef Requirements:

1. A genuine passion for food
2. Knowledge of the Hospitality industry
3. Previous chef experience required
4. Ability to produce good-quality food
5. Be a brilliant communicator and easily build relationships
6. Strive for excellence in an eager and motivated manner
7. Take initiative and make decisions that are right for our customers
8. Possess the ability to work under pressure
9. Excellent organisational and planning skills
10. Food Safety awareness

12. Required to travel as part of the role
