The Cinnamon Care Collection is seeking a full-time Relief Chef to support our care homes in Greater London and surrounding areas. The role involves covering holidays and sickness, with mileage paid for all travel.

We are looking for an energetic and passionate individual committed to providing exceptional food. Working from various menus created by our Head Chefs, you will ensure that mealtimes are a highlight for our residents by ordering, preparing, and serving appetizing, freshly produced food, sourcing locally where possible, while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, health, and safety.

Our goal is to deliver a fine dining experience with diverse options for each meal, including catering for private events for our residents.

You will work in spacious, well-equipped kitchens and should be hardworking, professional, and reliable. Candidates should have at least 2 years of catering experience, ideally at Chef de Partie level with NVQ 2/3 qualifications.

The role offers the opportunity to showcase innovative, fine dining-quality food and will include mentorship and training from the Executive Chef.
