Job summary

Genuine Dining in Deal, Kent, is seeking a senior chef to lead high-volume kitchens, drive creativity and ensure consistency across sites.

You will manage GP% and costs, mentor site teams, and deliver innovative concepts that raise culinary standards while shaping the food offer.
