What you'll be doing...

As a Relief Chef/Cook, you will support a catering team and focus on financial growth through cost control and culinary excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, support, and develop staff to deliver high-quality service
• Maintain, order, and control food stocks within budget
• Ensure effective communication, build relationships, and liaise with clients for operational excellence
• Ensure compliance with COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, legal regulations, and environmental policies

• Catering experience with chef skills (contract catering desirable)
