Monday to Friday; 3:00pm - 7:00pm
£12.71 per hour

The Relief Caretaker will have:
Basic understanding of health and safety (though full training will be provided), be willing to learn, and be comfortable using a laptop and email. They should also be confident answering the FM phone, communicating with tenants, customers, and contractors, setting alarms, and assisting with fire drills.
Main responsibilities include:
The role includes weekly and monthly compliance checks and testing, general site duties such as litter picking, topping up consumables (paper towels, toilet paper, soaps), emptying bins, and driving the work vehicle between sites. Site visits may include Bury St Edmunds, Stowmarket, Newmarket, and Sudbury - typically once or twice a week, not daily.
There would also be a need for flexibility, to occasionally cover the morning shift, so working hours could sometimes be 7am to 7pm. You will be responsible for unlocking and locking Kingsfield Centre and 54 Ipswich Street.
