We are looking for caring, reliable, and flexible Relief Care Workers to join our team of experienced support staff providing care to older adults and those with dementia living in a residential care home in Carlisle.

Relief Support Worker Duties

• Providing emotional and practical support with personal care, household tasks, medication, diet, and healthy living.
• Encouraging residents to engage in social activities both within and outside the home.
• Developing and maintaining trusting relationships with service users.
• Carrying out administrative duties and housing management tasks.

This position offers flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins, ideal for fitting around personal commitments, study, or caring responsibilities.

Applicants need a minimum of twelve months of experience supporting older adults with dementia. The Carlisle location is accessible via public transport.

As a Creative Support Bank Staff member, you will access our free app to pick up shifts nationwide, with information and directions. Payments are weekly.
