About the Role:

As a SEND Support Worker, you’ll be a vital part of a close-knit team in a welcoming primary school in central Newcastle. You’ll be supporting pupils with special educational needs, helping them navigate their learning journey with confidence and positivity.

  • Core hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 – 16:00
  • Start date: September 2025

  • You understand that progress looks different for every child.
  • You have experience in care, social work, or similar roles.
  • You think on your feet and have excellent communication skills.
  • You are passionate about helping SEND children reach their full potential.
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
