Qualifications

• Experience in driving, courier, or logistics.
• Good understanding of transport documentation and delivery procedures.

• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards within a transport environment.

Responsibilities

• Complete collection and delivery activities in line with schedules and service requirements.
• Verify shipment information and obtain required proof of delivery documentation.
• Safely transport materials and medical samples per procedures.
• Ensure temperature-controlled shipments are handled appropriately where required.
• Communicate delivery progress, delays, and shipment exceptions to relevant teams.
• Assist with loading, unloading, packaging, and labelling to maintain shipment integrity.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance issues promptly.
• Support specialist transport services, including transfer-point, airport, hand-to-hand, and adjusted schedule assignments.
