Mwiah in Canterbury is seeking a reliable Driver to support the safe, secure, and timely transport of products and medical samples. You will ensure deliveries follow company procedures and regulatory requirements while maintaining accurate records and providing excellent service.

The role requires a full valid driving licence, experience in driving or logistics, good communication, and ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Full valid driving licence with a safe driving record.
• Previous experience in a driving, transport, or logistics role.
• Good understanding of delivery procedures and transport documentation.

Responsibilities

• Complete collection and delivery activities in line with scheduled routes and service requirements.
• Verify shipment details and obtain required signatures or proof of delivery documentation.
• Transport products, materials, and medical samples safely and securely.
• Adhere to temperature control requirements and transportation regulations where applicable.
• Communicate delivery progress, delays, and shipment exceptions promptly.
• Support loading, unloading, packaging, and labelling activities to ensure shipment readiness.
• Conduct routine vehicle checks and report maintenance issues as required.
• Assist with specialised transport activities, including transfer-point, airport, hand-to-hand, and adjusted schedule assignments.
