Concept Resources is seeking a reliable cleaner to work at a professional banking premises in Armagh. The role is part-time, 7.5 hours per week, with shifts Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 9:00 to 10:30. Pay is £15.00 per hour, with a temp-to-perm opportunity for the right candidate.

Responsibilities include general cleaning, floor care, washroom sanitising, and maintaining security procedures. Right to work is required, and lone working plus alarm panel use are part of the duties.

Competenze

• Valid Right to Work documentation.
• Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred.
• Comfortable with lone working.
• Comfortable being a key holder and using an alarm panel.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
• Able to use a telephone time and attendance clocking system.

Mansioni

• General cleaning throughout the premises.
• Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors.
