Job summary

Concept Resources is recruiting a reliable Cleaning Operative for a secure banking environment in Newtownards. This part-time holiday cover role offers mornings, 7.5 hours per week, with a 9:00am–10:30am shift pattern during weekdays. Successful candidates will maintain high cleanliness standards and work independently.

Salary is £15.00 per hour (PAYE), with weekly pay and ongoing recruitment support. Training and site security procedures are provided. Right to work in the UK is required.

Qualifications

• Reliable, punctual and trustworthy.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working as a lone worker where required.
• Comfortable acting as a key holder and operating an alarm system where applicable.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• General office cleaning.
• Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors.
• Cleaning desks, workstations and touch points.
• Cleaning kitchens and staff welfare facilities.
• Cleaning washrooms and replenishing consumables.
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the site.
• Reporting any maintenance or health and safety concerns.
