Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Reliability Maintenance Engineering (RME) Area Manager to lead a team of expert technicians focused on equipment reliability across our European fulfilment network. You will mentor staff, drive preventative maintenance, ensure safety compliance and deliver site and network level projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial or Civil Engineering.
• UK higher national qualifications (HND/HNC/OND/BTEC/ILM L4+) are a plus.
• Experience supervising technical teams and managing personnel development.
• Experience with CMMS or maintenance planning systems.
• Experience in industrial or production environments with complex processes.
• Experience in English-language communication, written and verbal.
