Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking an RME Area Manager to unite a team of expert technicians dedicated to equipment reliability across our European network. You will lead, mentor and develop staff while ensuring safety, compliance, and high availability of critical systems.

The role involves coordinating preventative maintenance, analyzing data to optimize processes, supporting both site-based and network-wide projects, and delivering continuous improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial or Civil Engineering.
• Experience supervising teams and managing technical personnel.
• Experience in practical engineering and maintenance in industrial environments.
• Experience with third-party vendors or similar environments.
• Experience with English-language communication, written and verbal.
