Job summary

Amazon UK Services Ltd. in Stockton-on-Tees is seeking a Reliability Maintenance Engineering Area Manager to lead a team of expert technicians focused on equipment reliability and preventive maintenance.

You will mentor engineers, deliver site-based and network-level projects, collect and analyse data to improve processes, and ensure safety compliance across facilities. This role combines hands-on leadership with strategic planning in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in reliability/maintenance environments or planning and auditing maintenance activities.
• Engineering team management experience.
• Fluent English (C1 or above).
• Experience working with third-party vendors.

Responsibilities
