We are seeking Reliability Engineers specializing in Thermography to join our team, ideally based in North West England. Our team of over 40 Condition Monitoring Engineers performs vibration analysis, thermography surveys, and more, aiming to prevent machinery failures and costly downtime.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out condition-based maintenance (CBM) using thermography techniques.
• Collect and analyze data on equipment performance, failure, and maintenance history.
• Assess machine performance and recommend improvements.
• Specify, set up, and install online and wireless systems or remote sensors.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent BES Group professionally.

Requirements:

• Background in engineering within marine, rail, or manufacturing sectors is preferred.
• Level 1 Thermography certification or working towards it is desirable.
• Experience with thermography data collection and electrical defect identification.
• Mechanical Engineering qualification (Level 3 or higher) is highly regarded.
• Willingness to travel and work away as needed.
• Full UK driving license.
