Job summary

Tiro Associates Ltd is recruiting a Reliability Engineer for our East Midlands manufacturing client. You will lead RCFA investigations, develop maintenance strategies and drive improvements to plant reliability, cutting downtime and boosting performance across a large site.

You will work with production and engineering teams, applying vibration and oil analysis and condition monitoring, and utilise SAP PM data to identify trends and optimise maintenance activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in reliability/maintenance in heavy manufacturing or process environments.
• Strong knowledge of preventive and condition-based maintenance.
• Proven RCFA, FMEA or CI methodologies.
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead RCFA investigations and drive corrective actions.
• Develop and improve preventative maintenance strategies.
• Support reliability initiatives including vibration and oil analysis.
• Collaborate with production and engineering to reduce downtime.
• Manage small improvement projects on safety, reliability and efficiency.
• Use SAP PM and data to identify trends and optimise maintenance activities.
